Visual & Brand Designer (Graphic Designer)

Role Overview

We need a Graphic Designer who doesn't wait for inspiration — they engineer it. You'll work across branding, digital campaigns, social assets, pitch decks, and marketing collateral. You're comfortable using AI image generation tools to prototype and iterate faster, but you know when to set them aside and do the real craft work yourself.

AI Expectation: Proficiency with AI design tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI, or similar) is a strong advantage and expected to grow in this role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, email marketing, and client brands
2. Develop and maintain brand identity systems including typography, colour, and component libraries
3. Create pitch decks, case study documents, and presentation templates for the sales team
4. Use AI tools to accelerate concept ideation and prototype design directions quickly
5. Collaborate with Video Editor and Content team to ensure brand consistency across all output
6. Adapt designs across multiple formats — web, print, social, and paid ads
7. Participate in brand strategy discussions and contribute visual ideas at briefing stage

What We're Looking For

1. 2–3 years of professional graphic design with a portfolio showing brand work and digital assets
2. Expert-level Figma and Adobe Suite skills
3. Solid understanding of brand systems, grid layouts, and typographic hierarchy
4. Ability to work at pace across multiple simultaneous projects without losing quality
5. Working knowledge of AI image tools for ideation and concept development
6. A strong aesthetic opinion and the confidence to defend creative choices with rationale
