About Us

At Trickle Up, we build digital experiences that work as well as they look. We are a UK-based marketing and HR agency operating out of Rawalpindi, and we are looking for a Full Stack Web Developer who takes pride in clean code, fast-loading pages, and websites that actually convert.

About the Role

This is a hands-on development role. You will work closely with our design, marketing, and content teams to build, maintain, and optimise websites and landing pages across our client portfolio. You care about the detail, you communicate clearly, and you deliver on time.

What You Will Do

  1. Build and maintain websites and landing pages using WordPress and custom HTML/CSS/JavaScript
  2. Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive front-end builds
  3. Optimise websites for speed, performance, and Core Web Vitals
  4. Implement on-page SEO best practices in collaboration with the SEO team
  5. Manage plugins, updates, security, and general WordPress maintenance
  6. Troubleshoot bugs and resolve technical issues efficiently
  7. Collaborate with designers and marketers to ensure seamless delivery from brief to launch
  8. Integrate third-party tools, CRMs, and tracking pixels as required

What We Are Looking For

  1. 5-7 years of proven experience in web development
  2. Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  3. Hands-on experience with WordPress including custom themes and page builders such as Elementor or Divi
  4. Solid understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development
  5. Familiarity with Core Web Vitals, page speed optimisation, and basic technical SEO
  6. Experience working from Figma design files
  7. Comfortable using Git for version control
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  9. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Nice to Have

  1. Experience with PHP or basic back-end development
  2. Knowledge of WooCommerce or e-commerce platforms
  3. Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and analytics integrations
  4. Experience with landing page builders such as Unbounce or Webflow
