MTO : Content, Research & Campaign Support

About the Role

This is a structured trainee role designed for someone who has taken their first steps in digital marketing and is ready to go further. You will work directly within our marketing team — supporting with content creation, research, campaign support, and day-to-day marketing operations across live client accounts.

This is not a passive role. From day one you will be given real responsibilities on real client work. You will be guided, mentored, and developed — but the drive to grow must come from you.

What You Will Do

1. Support the marketing team with content-related tasks including drafting copy, blogs, ads campaigns, and marketing materials for UK clients
2. Conduct thorough research on industries, competitors, audiences, and trends to support campaign strategy and content development
3. Support the team with day-to-day marketing tasks including campaign creation, ad accounts setup, and coordinating deliverables
4. Assist in market research, creating blogs and other long form content.
5. Use AI tools to support content research, brief writing, and productivity
6. Collaborate with content strategist, Ads special and project manager to ensure content is aligned with wider campaign strategy
7. Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and content best practices and share ideas amongst team.

What We Are Looking For

1. A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
2. At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing — whether through a role, internship, or freelance work
3. A solid understanding of content, ads and digital marketing fundamentals — Target audience, marketing funnels and buyer personas.
4. Strong research and analytical skills — you can find the information, synthesis it, and present it clearly
5. Good written and verbal communication skills in English — you write clearly, professionally, and with purpose
6. Comfortable working with ai tools such as Claude, ChatGPT and
7. A proactive attitude — you spot what needs doing and do it without being asked
8. Willingness to learn, take feedback, and constantly improve
9. Organised and able to manage multiple niches simultaneously without dropping the ball

Nice to Have

1. Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for content and research
2. Basic understanding of SEO, keywords integration and content marketing
3. Experience working with UK-based clients or brands
4. Exposure to performance marketing — Meta Ads or Google Ads
5. Any relevant certifications — Google, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, or similar
