As we scale and take on increasingly complex client engagements we need a Project Manager who can match our ambition with structure, clarity, and delivery excellence.

About the Role

This is not a coordination role. This is a senior delivery role for someone who has spent at least five years managing cross-functional projects and knows how to make things happen in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.

You will own end-to-end delivery across business, product, technology, and operational teams — ensuring scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met consistently and transparently. You remove blockers, manage risk before it becomes crisis, hold teams accountable, and keep stakeholders aligned at every stage.

What You Will Do

Project Planning

1. Define scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables for each project
2. Build and maintain detailed project plans that reflect real-world complexity
3. Ensure resources, timelines, and budgets are aligned and realistic from the outset

Delivery Management

1. Track progress against plan and intervene early when things drift
2. Manage dependencies across teams and functions
3. Remove blockers and drive issues to resolution without delay
4. Escalate risks to senior leadership when necessary and with sufficient lead time

Stakeholder Management

1. Coordinate across business, product, technology, and operational teams
2. Communicate project status, risks, decisions, and trade-offs clearly and consistently
3. Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on priorities and expected outcomes throughout the project lifecycle

Risk & Issue Management

1. Identify risks before they impact delivery and create credible mitigation plans
2. Manage change control and maintain a clear decision log throughout each project
3. Ensure nothing falls through the gaps on complex multi-workstream engagements

Governance & Reporting

1. Provide accurate and timely status reporting to leadership and stakeholders
2. Maintain delivery governance across all active projects
3. Drive accountability and transparency across every workstream

Team Leadership

1. Facilitate planning sessions, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
2. Encourage collaboration across functions and foster a culture of ownership
3. Drive continuous improvement in how the team plans, communicates, and delivers

What We Are Looking For

Essential

1. 5 or more years of experience in Project Management, Programme Management, or Delivery Management
2. Proven track record delivering cross-functional business and technology projects on time and to budget
3. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills — you can speak to a developer and a director with equal clarity
4. Hands-on experience managing budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies across complex projects
5. Excellent organisational and planning skills — nothing slips through the gaps on your watch
6. Ability to manage multiple teams and competing priorities simultaneously
7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability — you act on evidence, not instinct alone

Desirable

1. Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
2. Project Management certification — PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent
3. Experience delivering digital, technology, transformation, or migration programmes
4. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, or similar platforms

Step 1 — Apply

Step 2 — Initial Test

You will receive a structured initial test to assess your knowledge and thinking. This must be completed independently and honestly. Our system is designed to detect AI-generated responses and any submission found to have been produced using AI tools will be automatically disqualified. This is a non-negotiable requirement. We are assessing your thinking — not a machine's.

Step 3 — Practical Assignment

If you score well on the initial test you will receive a practical assignment relevant to the role. The assignment must be submitted within the timeframe given. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Step 4 — Assignment Review

Your assignment will be reviewed by our team within one week or less. If your work meets our standard you will move forward.

Step 5 — AI Interview

You will complete a structured AI-conducted interview. Approach it as you would any professional interview — be clear, specific, and let your experience speak for itself.

Step 6 — HR Call & Management Meeting

1. If you clear the AI interview our HR team will contact you to arrange a meeting with the management team for the final stage of the process.
